At Beeline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Beeline account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful return process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
